MUST READ FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS BEFORE BOOKING
Reweaving Creation is a retreat that aims to provide a space to explore and create together, while there is a component of emotional exploration involved in many of the activities, we are strictly not a mental health facility and I do not offer specific professional, clinical or therapeutic mental health provision or services.
The offerings and services are created to facilitate your own personal exploration. The facilitators and offerings do not diagnose, treat, or propose any results or guaranteed benefit to individuals who are experiencing physical or mental health challenges.
Whilst we will do everything we can to support our participants, it is important for you to make an open and honest assessment about your mental and physical health and if Reweaving Creation is the right retreat for you. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the suitability of our retreat.
It remains your sole responsibility to consult with the appropriate healthcare provider in case of an underlying medical condition, physical or mental before you book a stay. Once you have booked your space with the non refundable deposit, your booking will fall under normal booking terms and conditions outlined below.
In no event whatsoever will Niamh Aisling Cleary be held liable for any damages sustained for failure to heed the above and any other precautionary or medical advice. Should you not accept or agree with any of the above terms, it is strictly forbidden to avail of the services provided. By purchasing this services via this platform, you declare your full acceptance and understanding of this disclaimer.
Medical consultation services and recommendations are not included in the provided offerings. Safe and appropriate application of the services is the sole and exclusive responsibility of yourself as the retreat guest. Niamh Aisling Cleary will strictly not be held responsible for any physical injury, or triggering of mental health episodes and you hereby accept sole responsibility for any losses suffered through your participation in the creative retreat. You embark on any workshops or practices at your own risk.
By attending the Reweaving Creation Retreat, you hereby agree to hold Niamh Aisling Cleary & other listed Facilitators harmless before any applicable court of law and waive your right to hold the same accountable for losses suffered from the proper or improper application of information, instruction, and offerings received and/or practiced.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Terms of service Reweaving Creation lists what is included on each trip. Airfare, tips, transfers, travel insurance, extra food and alcohol is not included.
2. Reservation To reserve your place on the retreat please complete the booking form with payment specific to your booking.
3. Payment Payment can be made by bank transfer or a debit/credit card. For retreats where a deposit has been paid, final balances are due 120 days before the departure date of the trip. If final payments are not received by 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat, Niamh Aisling reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space. If you do not think you can pay in time please contact us via email.
4. Participant Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify Niamh Aisling in writing. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: If cancellation takes place more than 120 days prior to your departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the retreat price will be forfeited. Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to by you, will be recovered from you by as a debt due and payable.
5. Changes/Trip Cancellations/Refund Policy
5.1 Niamh Aisling Cleary reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our retreat team. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of Niamh Aisling Cleary or Reweaving Creation we will offer a transfer to another retreat or a full refund of your funds. Niamh Aisling Cleary is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. Niamh Aisling Cleary reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event due to travel restrictions due to Covid 19 or in rare instances such as low guest numbers, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to Niamh Aisling Cleary. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
5.2 All bookings require payment of a reservation fee known as a deposit fee. The reservation fee is required to reserve and hold your space on a retreat and cover administration in connection with your booking. The reservation fee is non-refundable save where we are unable to or fail to deliver the retreat due to our own failure or default.
A payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation for the retreat. This is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, inability to attend due to illness, injury, personal emergency, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your retreat.
In the event that we must cancel the retreat, your deposit will be refunded in full or, at your option, may be transferred to another retreat date.
5.3 Full payment of the Fee must be fully paid no later than 60 days before the Retreat Start Date. In the event you fail to make payment of the Fee in full by the date set out above, then your Retreat booking will be cancelled and all monies paid to us to date will be forfeited. You will also be liable for any reasonable additional charges incurred by us which arise as a result of your booking being cancelled.
5.4 You should be aware that unless specifically stated, Reweaving Creation is not ‘all-inclusive’ and consequently, whilst some meals and drinks may be provided as part of your package, additional charges for food and drink may apply. You should ensure you have the means to pay for any additional meals and drinks as required for the duration of their attendance on Reweaving Creation.
5.5 If we agree to accept payment by instalments then you agree to provide payment of the instalments in accordance with the instalment plan agreed at the time of booking. Each instalment that is received shall be credited to the outstanding amount of the Fee owed by you until payment of the Fee is received in full.
5.6 Refunds will apply to your purchase of a space on Reweaving Creation as follows:
5.6.1 If you purchase as a consumer and cancel within the 14-day cancellation period.
5.7 For the benefit of everyone on your retreat, Niamh Ailing Cleary & Reweaving Creation reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the retreat, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the retreat. Niamh Aisling Cleary will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the retreat prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant, which is not included on the trip itinerary. The retreats are strictly non- refundable if the participant chooses to leave the retreat before it's conclusion.
INSURANCE & DOCUMENTS
6. Travel Insurance Reweaving Creation requires each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. You must purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage and Covid-19 insurance.
7. Travel Documents and Immunisations It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided per trip on booking or you can contact us for more detailed information regarding your retreat requirements. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunisations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & WAIVER
8. Release and Waiver of Liability DECLARATION OF HEALTH. By accepting this Tour Participant Agreement I (the retreat participant) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the creative or other physical or cultural activities offered on the Reweaving Creation Retreat. I fully understand that my participation in the activities could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.

10. Personal Release. By agreeing to the terms outlined here and in the booking details of the Reweaving Creation Retreat website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a YReweaving Creation Retreat,, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God, including the risk of death. I release Niamh Aisling Cleary, other listed facilitators and partners from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this retreat.
11. Photography and Media Rights - By attending this retreat/event, you acknowledge and agree that: Photos, videos, and other media may be captured during your stay for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, Your image, likeness, and/or voice may appear in such materials. All media rights belong exclusively to Niamh Aisling Cleary. You grant us unlimited permission to use, reproduce, and distribute any media containing your image or likeness across all platforms and formats. No compensation will be provided for such usage. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials. This consent is perpetual and may be used for future marketing purposes
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify us in writing prior to arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
