Narrative Soundscape

Narrative soundscape sessions are facilitated group sessions aim to allow you to explore stories that we tell ourselves that may be unhelpful, limiting or that no longer serve us. These sessions are interactive and will use the BAST method of experiential processing to help you to explore these narratives.
